You may use 3 x daily if you are trying to fight off a virus. This is a glycerin extract and therefore is kid friendly. Tincture can last up to 2 years when stored in a cool, dark and dry place. I swear by this stuff!! Since I’ve tried these products at our local farmers market I’ve never looked back. Since my kids were young I’ve had them trying different elderberry products only kinda thinking it was effective but over the last two years I’ve found the absolute best quality and effective remedy for oncoming colds that usually turn into something more severe in my family.
